Drum End and Body Sheet Production

De-coiler, straightener and feeder are feeding the coil either into a dual press stagger blanking set for top and bottom production or through the press line into a cut-to-length shear for body sheets.

One line provides sufficient sheets and lids for 800 drums/hour production. A side seam overlap resistance welder is provided for all speeds.


Drum Body Line

Vertical beader, flanger and corrugator with 3 corrugation shaft automatic changer. Line is suitable for the container conforming drum. It is a very maintenance friendly, compact and easy machine design.

Triple Seamer with automatic end feeder divided in top and bottom seaming with 180 degree turning unit.
